Administration - the process or activity of running a business, organization, etc; the people responsible for running a business, organization, etc.

Administrative law - the body of rules and principles that governs the duties and operations of federal or state administrative agencies, as commissions and boards.

Assess - evaluate or estimate the nature, ability, or quality.

Bureaucracy - a system of administration based upon organization into bureaus, division of labor, a hierarchy of authority, etc.: designed to dispose of a large body of work in a routine manner.

Censure - express severe disapproval of (someone or something), especially in a formal statement; the formal expression of severe disapproval.

Committee - a group of people appointed for a specific function by a larger group and typically consisting of members of that group.

Efficiency - the quality or state of being efficient; competence; effectiveness.

Endeavor - an effort to do or attain something.

Enhance - intensify or increase in quality, value, power, etc.; improve; augment.

Equality - the state or quality of being equal; correspondence in quantity, degree, value, rank, or ability.

Execute - to carry out; complete; perform; do.

Executive branch - the branch of government responsible for carrying out laws, decrees, etc.; administration.

Hierarchical - arranged in order of rank.

Impetus - a moving force; impulse; stimulus.

Implement - to carry out; put into action; perform.

Ingrain - to implant or fix deeply and firmly, as in the nature or mind.

Institution - an organization founded for a religious, educational, professional, or social purpose.

Intermediate - coming between two things in time, place, character, etc.

Internal control - coming or acting from within control.

Judicial - pertaining to judgment in courts of justice or to the administration of justice: judicial proceedings; the judicial system.

Judicial branch - the branch of government responsible for explaining and applying the laws by hearing and eventually making decisions on various legal cases.

Justice - the quality of being just; righteousness, equitableness, or moral rightness: to uphold the justice of a cause.

Legislative branch - the branch of government responsible for writing bills.

Management - the process of dealing with or controlling things or people; the people managing a company or organization; the responsibility for and control of a company or organization.

Managerial - of or relating to a manager or to the functions, responsibilities, or position of management.

Network - an arrangement of intersecting horizontal and vertical lines; a group or system of interconnected people or things; a group of people who exchange information and contacts for professional or social purposes.

Perceive - to become aware of, know, or identify by means of the senses.

Personnel - the people employed in an organization or for a service or undertaking.

Policy - a course or principle of action adopted or proposed by an organization or individual.

Promotion - activity that supports or encourages a cause, venture, or aim.

Research - the systematic investigation into and study of materials and sources in order to establish facts and reach new conclusions.

Representative - of or pertaining to a system of governance by chosen representatives, usually elected from among a large group: representative government.

Ruler - a person who rules or commands.

Scholar - a specialist in a particular branch of study, especially the humanities.

Scientific - based on or characterized by the methods and principles of science

Technocracy - a theory or system of society according to which government is controlled by scientists, engineers, and other experts.

Technocratic - consisting of or influenced by technocrats.

Tenure - the conditions under which land or buildings are held or occupied; the holding of an office his tenure of the premiership would be threatened; a period for which an office is held; guaranteed permanent employment.

Transparency - the quality of being clear and transparent.

U nemployment - the number of unemployed workers, often as a percentage of the total labor force.

Value for money - used in reference to something that is well worth the money spent on it.

Welfare - financial and other assistance given to people in need.

Worldwide - extending or reaching throughout the world.
