Key words: marketing, marketing activity of the bank, marketing department, banking services, segmentation, bank marketing efficiency.

The purpose of graduate qualification work is the examination of marketing activity features in banking sector and search of its improvement tools using the example of CJSC “VTB 24”. In the conditions of present-day dynamic development of Russian banking sector and variety of banking products and services on the market this work can be considered as currently important.

The bachelor’s degree consists of introduction, three sections, conclusion, reference list and appendices.

The tasks of graduate qualification work include the following:

1. To study the subject and particular characteristics of marketing performance in banking sector.

2. To analyze marketing activity of the commercial bank CJSC “VTB 24”.

3. To identify marketing problems of the examined bank.

4. To suggest considerations for identified problems solution.

5. To prove considerations from the viewpoint of economic efficiency.

The bachelor’s degree contains 72 pages, including 8 figures, 12 tables, 55 reference sources.
