Fire Safety of the Apartment

Building has a 1 degree of fire-resistance. This apartment is characterized by the presence of only fireproof substances and materials in the cold state and falls into a category of P-Pa (hard noncombustible substances).

The short circuit of the personal computers, devices of power supply can have reasons of fire outbreaks, devices of climatization, ignition of combustible materials can happen as a result of that.

All workers are under an obligation to know and strictly execute the rules of fire safety as it applies to this apartment. They must pass instructing, educating and verification of knowledge in accordance with operating normative documents.

6.4.4 Instruction on a Labour Protection in the Workplace

The analysis of terms of labour inspector prepares a report and may make recommendations for improved health and safety practices. Where there are contraventions regulations, the inspector will issue written orders to the employer to comply with the law within a certain time period or if the hazard is imminent, to comply immediately. An inspector's order can require the employer to submit a plan, specifying when and how he or she will comply with the order.

Where an order has been made to correct a contravention of the Act regulations, and the contravention in question is dangerous to the health or safety of a worker, the inspector may so order that any place, equipment, machinery, material, process, etc., not be used until the contravention has been corrected the work be stopped the workplace be cleared of workers and access to the workplace.

The analysis of terms of labour is begun with description of orginazation. It is necessary to specify Department in which place and what floor it is on, how many workplaces and what equipment is in it. It is necessary to specify the size of workspace, window and door, presence and width of ventilator outputs. An area of orginazation is estimated coming from norms into separate workings places and presences of basic and auxiliary equipment. It is necessary to assess the area of production facilities. It is necessary to carry the analysis of possible emergency situations.

The requirements of labour protection must be connected with condition in the workplace, where a project will be performed.

Here P-M-E is divided on seven elements and connections between them. It is necessary to analyze the system of P-M-E for the chosen concrete workplace.The general structure of the system of P-M-E shown in figure – 6.2.

It is farther necessary to select dangerousand harmful production factors (DHPF) which operate in the system of P-M-E.
