Call for papers

19th International scientific and technical conference ‘Medical and Ecological Information Technologies’ will take a place on 23–25 May 2016, in Southwest State University (Kursk, Russia).

The organizers of the conference are The Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation, Southwest State University, and regional branch of the International Academy of Ecology, Human Beings and Nature

To participate in the conference we are inviting leading scientists, experts, postgraduate, master degree and doctoral students of higher educational institutions, scientific-research and design organizations, institutions of health of all countries recognized by the Russian Federation.

The Conference invites original contributions on all topics related to Biomedical and Ecological Engineering, including, but not limited to:

- informational technologies on biomedical engineering;

- devices, systems and complexes, products of medical purposes;

- ecological informational technologies;

- cyclic processes in biological, social-economics and technical systems;

- pattern and image recognition in medical instrument-making engineering.

-hybrid technology of data and image with complex structures analysis and processing

- intellectual systems of decisions making support based on soft computing, fuzzy logic and neural network technologies;

- ecological problems of human health

- devices and methods of materials and environment control.

Possible kinds of participation:

oral presentation, poster presentation, publication in conference proceeding journal. Best reports will be granted by special diplomas

Conference fees (including publication in conference proceeding journal): for 4-6 pages – 1000 Russian rubles, for 7-9 pages – 1200 Russian rubles, for 10-14 pages - 1600 Russian rubles, for articles less than 3 pages – 600 Russian rubles. Employees of foreign institutions with scientific degree (Ph.D or Doctor degree) participate for free. Travel and accommodation fees of nonresident participants pay by themselves.

Conference proceeding journal will be available in two forms: hardcopy printing and electronic free-access, full text journal located in the scientific library indexed by The Russian Index of Scientific Citing (RISC) in the website https://elibrary.ru.

To participate in the conference you should send in one file following set of documents: the application, information about authors (in English), a copy of the payment receipt. Information about authors includes: name, place of work, scientific degree, position, membership in academies, postal address, phone number, email, direction and kinds of participation in the conference.

To participate in the Conference and for publication in Conference proceeding you should send an article in Russian or in foreign (English, German, Spanish or Chinese) language and a copy of the payment receipt to Email mbi_konf@.mail.ru before 22 may 2016
