Analysis of a labour in terms of the workplace (IT Enterprise - Based on Data management & distributing center)
The analysis of terms of labour must be conducted from point of exposure of possible (potential) dangerous and harmful production factors, created hardware, technological processes, by wrong organization of labour in the company’s hall and offices. The analysis of terms of labour will begin with description of hall. It is necessary to specify the name of room, in what house and what floor it is on, how many workplaces and what equipment is in it. It is necessary to specify the size of apartment, window and door apertures, presence and width of evacuation outputs. An area and volume of hall is estimated coming from norms into separate workings places and presences of basic and auxiliary equipment. It is necessary to assess the area and volume of production facilities. It is necessary to carry the analysis of possible emergency situations.
It is necessary to select the system of «Person - Machine - Environment»
(P-M-E) and to show it’s specify limit and give a description of the system from point of tasks of labour protection. «Labour Protection» section is component part of diploma project (work), therefore its maintenance must be concerned with the theme of project (works) and to take into account the requirements of labour protection. The measures and facilities that are developed should exclude or diminish influence of possible dangerous and harmful production factors (DHPF).
The requirements of labour protection must be connected with condition in the workplace, where a project will be performed.
A. Descriptions of terms in the building structure
- ITD – This stands for the workers in the IT department. They control the servers which are operated by other departments. They also perform periodical maintenance.
- MD – This stands for the Management department.
- D& MD – This represents the Development & Manufacturing department.
- AD – This represents the Accounting department.
- SD – This represents the Supplies and Distribution Dept.
- MKTD – This represents the Marketing department.
- EN – This is the environmental activities(things that happen within and outside the office premises, that directly or indirectly affect work)
- AV – This represents the elements that influence the environment.

The system of P-M-E is divided on seven elements and connections between them. It is necessary to analyze the system of P-M-E for the chosen concrete workplace.
It is farther necessary to select dangerous and harmful production factors (DHPF) which operate in the system of P-M-E.

B. Analyses of labour terms in the office
The industry/company generally deals with production, management and security and many more, it meets the demands of consumers. This firm has many departments that are in charge of the daily activities in the company.
All servers are found here.
- The workstations are also found here were employees monitor the server running.
- There is also a part in the departments designed for quick and emergency meeting.
We have the employees in charge of monitoring the day to day activities and also those that are in charge of production, supplies and marketing. We also have employees that do maintenance of the computers in the departments and also perform routine maintenance of the servers.
The emergency exits are used in cases in fire outbreak. It helps control traffic in time of rush hours during evacuation. The there are two exit in the entire building due to security reasons.

We will distinguish next potential dangerous and harmful factors:
- Physical: enhanceable or lowered temperature of air of working zone;
enhanceable level of voice pressure; an enhanceable value of tension in an electric chain shorting that can happen through the body of man; insufficient luminosity of working zone.
- Psycho physiological: overstrain of visual analyzers;
Overpressure; monotony of labour; nervous and emotional overloads; physical static overloads.
- Chemical and biological harmful and dangerous productive factors are not present.
The possible temperature of air in an apartment for a project department must be (heavy physical activities (Iа)) in cold time 22-24°C, in warm periods 23-25°С. the Enhanceable or lowered temperature of air can be from disrepairs in the system of heating or conditioning, and to cause worsening of feel, and harm to workers.
Noise is one of the most widespread in a production harmful factors. From the physiological point of view noise is examined as a sound interfering with colloquial speech negatively influencing on the health of man. The action of noise results in considerable changes in the functional state of organism (rapid fatigueability, headaches, insomnia, weakening of attention, worsening of memory). The main sources of noise in a project department are workers, and similarly working computers.
Defeat of workers an electric current maybe, when high tension of feed-in network can appear on the corps of the personal computers from a precipice in the chain of a zero protective explorer, hasp or damage of isolation of feed-in explorers. Passing through the body of man, an electric current is rendered on him by thermal, electrolytic, mechanical and biological influence. Any of them can result in an electric trauma or, even, fatal outcome.
Illumination must be sufficient, to correspond to character of visual work, and create a dazzling action. Visual discomfort of workers can be caused:
- by the wrong orientation of workplaces, in relation to windows;
- by inadequate light descriptions of lamps and their wrong location in relation to workplaces;
- specks of light on the screens of monitors from windows and bright objects, being in an apartment.
Locomotive parts of mechanisms, pipelines under constraint, and other dangerous factors in an apartment are not present.
