Accommodation Rules in Apart-Hotel Volga

The Hotel is equipped with the following rules of reception and accommodation of guests:

4. Room or space is provided to citizens upon presentation of the passport of the Russian Federation, a foreign passport of the Russian Federation, military service. 9. When guests stay in the room until check-out time (from 00: 00. until 12: 00.) charged in the following order:

• when a guest check-in from 06: 00. until 12: 00. there is no charge;
• for guaranteed (confirmed at time of booking) hosting a guest from 00: 00. to 12: 00, charged for an extra day.
10. In case of delayed departure after 12: 00. charged in the following order:
• at checkout until 18: 00. will be charged 50% of room price per night;
• at the guest's departure after 18: 00. will be charged 100% of room rate per night;
• accommodation in a room of less than one day (24 hours) per day is charged regardless of the time of departure.
11. If the room is booked by a legal entity, the latter produces a cancellation of the reservation wholly or partly, or shortening of the stay, not later than 24 hours prior to arrival (departure) guests. Any change made to a legal entity in the application, must be confirmed in writing by the Hotel. Otherwise, the previously confirmed application is considered null and void from the moment of receipt of changes and implemented a new booking.

15.
