Order of performance of the laboratory work. 1.1. Study the basic information of the laboratory work’s description, structure and electrical circuit of the unit ВУ-6.






1. Research of ТВБ ВУ-6.

1.1. Study the basic information of the laboratory work’s description, structure and electrical circuit of the unit ВУ-6.

1.2. Using the circuit breaker В1, В2, В3 to switch on ВУ-6 and its loads, to determine the loading characteristic of the unit . The value І max has not to exceed 160А.

1.3. Switch on the load 60 А, measure the amplitudes of pulsations with the help of an oscillograph with a filter and without it in the DC circuit, compare indications (the onesin the idle movement).

1.4. Switch off the load using the circuit breaker В4, switch it on one more timeusing the closing switch В4 of a load, switch on with a filter and without it again. Run by an oscilloscope the measurement of duration of the transients while switching the load to make comparisons.

1.5. After switching on ВУ-6, to connect to clamps «Ген.» and«-» ДМР the DC voltage 28 V through the rheostat. The positive potential should be brought to the first clamp. Then, determine the magnitude of the reverse current of the rectifier unit with the voltage of 0...28 V on clamps of ДМР.

2. Research of the transformer ПТС-250.

2.1. Using the circuit breaker (Увімк.) to switch on ПТС - 250 the voltage 240 V, 400 Hz.

2.2. Write down the indications А1, V1, A2, V2, W.

2.3. Using the oscilograph receive the oscilograms on the output of the main generator ЗГ (clamps 1, 2), after cаpacitor С2 before diods V5, V9 (clamps 3, 4), on bases of transistors V6, V7 (clamps 7, 8), on the output with a filter Ф (clamps 9, 10, 11).

2.4. Connect the active load (Увімкн. активного навантаження), and changing it from minimum to maximum, write down the indications of the performance of devices after each step increase in load and waveforms at all terminals (see. p. 3).

2.5. Determine the effect of changes in the active load on the input and output parameters of ПТС-250, to calculate the value of active loads, determine efficiency of ПТС.

2.6. Switch on the active-inductive load, and changing it from minimum to maximum, perform actions from p. 2.4.

2.7. Determine the effect of changes in active-inductive load on the input and output parameters of ПТС-250, to determine thevalues of load, cos j.

2.8. To draw the graphs of dependencies according to the received results U 2= f (I 2) with active and inductive loads.

2.9. Compare received results according to ГОСТ 19705-89.
