Dear colleagues,

we kindly invite you to participate in the 6-th International Scholarly Conference of Young Investigators and Students " Transcarpathian Legal Readings" to be held on April 25-27, 2014 in Uzhhorod (Transcarpathian Region, Ukraine) on the basis of Uzhhorod National University.

The conference will be held in accordance with the plan of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine " On the International, All-Ukrainian Congresses, Forums, Scientific Conferences and Seminars for Young Researchers and Students in 2013" (Letter of the Ministry № 1/11-205 від 14.01.2014) initiated by Faculty of European Law and Jurisprudence Uzhgorod National University.

A collection of materials is planned to be published before the conference.

The conference will discuss the following thematic fields (sections):

1. Theory and history of state and law, history of political and legal studies, philosophy of law.

2. Constitutional law and process, municipal law, comparative law.

3. International public law, international private law, law of EU.

4. Administrative law and process, financial law.

5. Civil, commercial law and process, family law.

6. Criminal law and criminology, penal law.

7. Criminal process and criminalistics, forensic examination, operatively-search activity.

8. Labour law and social security.

9. Land, agricultural, environmental and natural resource law.

10. Information law, Internet law, mass-media law, information security law.

11. New areas of ​ ​ law.

12. Judiciary, prosecution, advocacy.
