Read the title of the story. What do you think the story will be about? While reading, write out all cases of repetition (Repetition isa figure of speech based upon a repeated occurrence of one and the same word, word-group or sentence/sentences.). In the works of E. Hemingway the occurrence of this stylistic device is quite prominent. In fact, E. Hemingway is reputed as master of endowing this device with exceptionally suggestive overtones. Try to hear and discern these overtones.
