An Importance of Languages In Modern Europe

Dear Friends,
I’d like to present a booklet with a project called “Golden Journal”. It contains the most interesting articles the 9B students have chosen for publication from their journals. They started writing journals four years ago, in a year 2000 when they came to the sixth grade. They are unique kids, I must say! I’ve been teaching them for almost seven years and can’t help admiring their invariable wish to study English although they are always disturbed by other stuff in their famous grade. First they were eighteen. Every year two or three students left for other cities or countries or moved to other schools. Finally they are eleven and all of them are going to the tenth grade.
When they started the project they were told that the main things in their articles were the way they wrote, and thought, and expressed their original ideas, not grammar mistakes. They grow with their journals, you may notice this gradation. While writing the articles they learned how to do it in the best way – that is the ultimate aim I wanted them to gain. I’d like to thank you all for your diligence, accuracy (not always), patience and work done to type the material.

An Importance of Languages In Modern Europe
The language is very important in our life. If we know the language we can get a job or education abroad, can understand the words of foreign songs. If you know a foreign language you can read many interesting books in original. And of course you can communicate with teens from the English-speaking countries. Of course old people go to the other countries but they want to live quietly their life. But young people want to go abroad, they want to have fun, they want to communicate, they want to be happy, to be rich, but for this they must know the language. The language is our life. If the language doesn’t exist, the life on the Earth doesn’t exist too.
I think the language is a pleasure. And I want to know the language very well.
