What size do you take in clothes?

Let me see. 40 is too ……. on me, 36 is a bit …….., 38 is just the …….. size. Yes, I take a……. 38 dress. I like dresses which …… perfectly. I don’t like ready-made ……... I remember once buying a ready-made dress. Instead of looking beautiful, smart and elegant in a new dress I looked like a ……..

And was sure to be the …… …….. of all around if I bought it. It was …….. in the shoulders and too loose in the hips, the waistline was misplaced, the belt didn’t …. with the dress, the colour didn’t …… the colour of my eyes and my complexion. The dress didn’t ……. at all. Since then I either make my dresses or at least content myself with made-to-measure ones. I hate to wear off-the-peg clothes.
