Research of СЕП 27 V






1. Connect with the storage batheries the network.

Turn on the toggles AK1, AK2, AK3. Toggle B1 the«АКУМ. на авар. шини» switched on. When it is switched on contactors 53/2, 82/2 and 37/2 (touch pointer) are triggered and turn on the emergency tire AK1 of the left ЦРП 27 V. This lights up scoreboard «ЖИВЛ. ВІД АКУМ.», «РП 27 В лів.»«РП 27 В прав.». Simultaneously relay 49/2, 81/2 and 110/2 (touch indicating) that break the circle turn on the scoreboard «ПОСТ. СТРУМ ПЕРЕВІР» (indicating the touch 21/2) and prepare a circle turn on 58/2 contactor which triggers АБ units to run the ДСУ.

When the voltage is on the emergency tires of ЦРП 27 V, contactor 61/2 operates (touch indicating), winding of which through the contacts 5 - 4 and relay 34/2 and 8-7 relay - 69/2 is connected to the onboard network switches and relays 70/2 (touch indicating), which is preparing to turn on the contactor 11/2 or 101/2 is turned on at one ВП.

When relay ВП 34/2 and 69/2 are disabled the circuit tearing power windings of contactors11/2 and 102/2 and closes the circle of power coil of a contactor 61/2. Contactors 11/2 and 101/2 sever major emergency buses left and right ЦРП 27 V, and contactor 61/2 emergency tire combines these ЦРП 27 V, providing an automatic switching system for emergency supply from АБ.

To switch АБ to the main bus we should switch В1 set to «АКУМ. НА ГОЛОВНУ ШИНУ» Thus relay 25/2 and 26/2 (touch indicating) that plug voltage 27 V at contactor coils 11/2 and 101/2 (touch indicating) operate. Starting ДСУ from АБ is possible in two ways: on the ground and in the air. When you start on the ground after pressing the start button 27 V voltage through contacts 5 - 4 relay 136/2 fed to the contactor 59/2 that contacts 1 - 2 turns AB № 3 to 6 contactor 58/2 contact and relay contacts in switches 162/2. This relay switches the relay 137/2 and 143/2 and then 58/2 contactor turns on. Circles contactors 11/2 and 101/2 are respectively broken and contactor 58/2 turns all three АБ to run the ДСУ.

In the air the relay 161/2 begin to operate, contacts 2 - 1 break the circle of a contactor 59/2, and contacts 2 - 3 it closes the circle of relay 160/2. When you press the start button 27 V voltage via relay 136/2 and 161/2 fed to the relay 160/2. Relay 100/2 with the opening contacts 1 - 2 and 7 - 8 breaks the circle of contactors 53/2 and 82/2, which connect AK1, AK2 tothe network and then with closing contacts 5 - 6 turns on contactor 58/2.

3. Thus, the start of the ДСУ from АБ on earth on all three АБ connected simultaneously to the emergency tire of the network and to units to run. When you start the ДСУ in the air АБ number 3 remains connected to the emergency tire of the network, AK1 and AK2 of network are opening and closing to the panel starter-generator ПСГ-6ТА.

4. Connecting to the rectifying devices.

Power supplying ВП 19/2 and 119/2 is held respectivelyby the left and right tires of ЦРП 200/115 V through the phase circuit breakers 22/2 and 120/2. Let us describe the system management ВП1 and a subsystem power 27 V in the left side (ВП2 is management system and subsystem starboard performed similarly).

22/2 tumblers switches on three-phase circuit breaker, the tumbler 200/115 turn on the power supply 200/115. When it is connected to a power source 22 - 115V of a network the relay 96/2 (touch indicating), which prepares contacts 3 - 2 switching on the circuit of ДМР and relay 34/2. At the output ВП1 DC voltage appears which is supplied to the contacts of ВП and contact «+» ДМР 12/2 and further voltmeter, contact 1 relay 15/2 and switch B4.

Tumbler ВП1 switches on rectifying device ВП №1. When it is switched 27 V voltage is supplied to relay 15/2, and through contacts 2 - 1 relay contacts 3 and 20/2 - 96/2 2 relays - the relays in contact 34/2 (touch indicating). When a voltage is 27 V at ДМР in contact 12/2, 12/2 ДМР contactor is triggered, causing the output ВП to be connected to the mai left bus of ЦРП 27 V. At the same time in contact with ДМР12/2 there is voltage 27V, the relay works 21/2 (touch indicating) that by opening contacts 21 - 22 lights off board «ВП1 ВИМКН.», and disconnection of contacts 11 - 12 - one of the community board «ПОСТ. СТРУМ ПЕРЕВІР» (indicating board lights off). The relay 34/2 contacts’ closure 2 - 3 prepares one of the circuits switched contactor 101/2; by opening of contacts 4 - 5 it breaks the circle contactor switched on 61/2 (touch indicating); by opening contacts 7 - 8 lights off board «ЖИВЛ. ВІД АКУМ.». Closing contactor 11-12 of contacts 11/2 (touch indicating) combines the main and emergency left bus ЦРП 27 V.

When 11/2 contactor operates, the voltage 27 V, with its block contact В the is supplied to relay coil 41/2, which activates of closing contact 2 - 3 trains circle contactor switched 101/2 (touch indicating), connecting the main and emergency ЦРП right tire 27 B, by opening contacts 4-5 it breaks the circle turn on the timer 75/2.

So when you switch on ВП №1 the following contactors 11/2, 61/2 and 101/2 are triggered and power is supplied to all busses of the distribution network. When enabled toggle switch ВП №2 the relay 69/2 and 127/2 begin to operate. Operation of relay 127/2 with openong contacts 22 - 21 breaks the circle of switching on the lighting board «ВП2 ВИМКН.», And the contacts 12 - 11 - one of the circles lighting board “ПОСТ. СТРУМ ПЕРЕВІР”. Relay 69/2 unlocking contacts 7 - 8 open in his circuit a switching on contactor 81/2 connection channels.

4. Circuit of switching on the main and emergency tires РП 27 V are made in such a way that the presence of voltage on the main and emergency tire ЦРП 27 V of РП 27 V tires connected to the respective tire ЦРП 27 V in its channel (toggle 30/2 and 65/2 are to enable state). In the absence of voltage on one of the tires in the ЦРП 27 V releases the corresponding contactors (1/2, 3/2, 94/2, 95/2) which switches the tire РП 27 V on the reserve power supply channel from another ЦРП 27 V (tumblers 18 / 2 and 72/2 to " УВІМКН.".

5. Switching of power supply of airfield 27 V. Switching is provided through the power connector airfield ШРАП-500К. Thus, contactors 140/2 and 84/2 are triggered and plug 27 V voltage supply to the airfield refueling crane tires and tire external means.

6. Turn the toggle switch " ЗАП. ДСУ ". When you turn on the switch " АЕР. 27 В НА ЗАП. ДСУ " relay 136/2 operates (touch indicating) that with their contacts 2 - 3 turns on the lights board «АЕР 27 В» with contacts 5 - 6 trains circle of the contactor enable 87/2.

When you press the start button of ДСУ the voltage 27 V of the board network through contacts 5 - 6 relay 136/2 enters the contactor 87/2 (touch indicating) that connects the airport source of 27 V to the units of ДСУ start. Board network is powered by AB, or by reactifiers with АБ (if there is voltage 200/115 V).
