Research of СЕП 36 В

On the board of control of the stend we have to set the following:

1. Circuit breaker «ВМИК. СТЕНДА» to the position «УВІМК.».

2. Circuit breaker В1 to the position «УВІМК.» thus the indicator panel lights up «Тр1 ВИМК.», «Тр2 ВИМК.», «ЗМІН. СТРУМ ПЕРЕВІР» and «ПО ПТ УВІМКН.».

3. Circuit breaker B10 «ПТ 36 В» to the position «АВТОМ.», which provides automatic access to the mode converter via a relay 46/5, which is located on the dashboard of management, are connecting it to the emergency bus, if Tp1 and Tp2 when of emergency tires will be disconnected. The voltage 27 V arrives at:

- relay winding 43/5, which when operated opens the scoreboard circuit «ПО ПТ УВІМК.»;

- winding of contactors 38/5, 40/5 and relay winding 34/5 through the contact 10-11 of relays 15/5 and 37/5 (switching on Тр1 and Тр2) and contacts 2 – 1 of relay 47/5;

- relay winding 30/5, which closing the contacts 2 – 3 switches off time relay 31/5 (the delay ofr its operation is 4…7 s);

- contact 4 of the time relay 31/5.

4. Contactor 40/5 of switching off АЗР 39/5 at time operating connects the input of the rectifier 41/5 the the emergency tire of the right ЦРП 27 V, and contactor 38/5 – the input of the rectifier the the emergency tire of 36 V (through the contacts of contactor 19/5). Input voltage comes to the emergency tire and the three phase rectifier made on diods: 11/5, 12/5, 14/5, 24/5, 25/5 і 26/5.

5. The voltage of the rectifier enters the divider is made on resistors 27/5 and 28/5 and then 29/5 on the relay that is triggered by opening and contacts 1 - 2 removes voltage 27 V with relay 31/5.

6. If for the time 4... 7 s rectifier's input voltage reaches the value of 24 V the operation of 29/5 relay, the time relay will operate and by closing contacts 4 - 5 it connects the 27 V voltage to the winding relay 47/5. This relay is triggered by opening contacts 1 - 2 and removes voltage 27 V from windings of contactors 38/5, 40/5 and 34/5, and contact closure 2 - 3 self excitation is to be removed by switching off B10 «ПТ 36 В» or «Тр2»located in the position «УВІМК.».

7. In the case of reducing the converter output voltage below the allowed value relay 29/5 and automatically releases after 4... 7 sec operates.

8. When you switch on the converter the relay 34/5 switches on the board «АВАР 36 В ввімкнено».

9. When you switch on switch and relay B11 1/5 (located on the dashboard controls) 27 V voltage via relay contacts 42/5 8Ш1 input from the machine to switch tires 13/5 «АПШ-3М» and then issued its contact with the winding relay 7Ш1 15/5.

10. With this help we close the relay (if the Tp1 is switched on with a tumbler on the dashboard of controls). With the closure of the relay 15/5 contactors 16/5, 19/5 light up, by opening contacts 10 - 11 broken automatic range switching PTS-800AM, closure contact 14 - 15 is connected to the machine phase A 13/5 «АПШ-3М» by opening of contact 4-5 is broken circle lighting board «Тр1 ВИМК.» unlocking contact 1 - 2 breaks one of the circles lighting board «ЗМІН. СТРУМ ПЕРЕВІР».

11. 16/5 contactor connects the transformer 4/5 «ТС 320СО4А» (to which voltage is applied when you turn АЗР 3/5, which connects via toggle switch on the dashboard controls) to tires TP1 РП 36, and with the contactor 19 / 5 tires tires connected via emergency РП 36V, while the contactor 33/5 (which closes via pointers) and АЗР 20/5 (which is enabled by using the toggle switch located on the control board) bus connects to the САК generator G2 tires in left the ЦРУ 200/115 V. The voltage is supplied to 36 contacts 1 - 9 2 - 10 3 - 11 machine 13/5 «АПШ-3М».

12. When you switch on the B12, TP2 and АЗМ 23/5 (which are connected by means of switches on the dashboard control) voltage 27 V across contacts 2 – 1 the relay 51/5 enters the machine «АПШ-3М» and through it to the relay 37/5 which triggered the closure and contacts 9 - 8 contactor switches 33/5 and disconnection of contacts 10 - 11 breaks automatic range switching ПТС-800AM:

- 4 – 5 opens the circuit indicators «Тр2 ВИМК.»;

- 1 – 2 opens one of the circuits indicators «ЗМІН. СТРУМ ПЕРЕВІР».

13. Contactor 33/5 connects transformer 21/5 to the bus Тр2.

14. Put all switches to «ВИМК.»
