Switching on of the onboard electrical supplying

1. Check and switch on bataries.

2. Enable and check the converter 36 V;

- the switch thr «НАПР. 115 В і ЧАСТ.» to the position «АВАР. 115 В», the switch«НАПР. ФАЗ» to the position «А»;

- switch «ПО 115 В» to the position «РУЧН. УВІМК.» then «АВТОМ.» two tables of switching on the emergency source 115 V, mnemosugnalisation 27 V must light, and a voltmeter and frequency measured device nust indicate 100...120 V and 380...400 Hz respectively.

3. Switch on and check the converter 36 V.

4. Start ДСУ. In the process of starting monitor the voltage on one of these emergency buses.

5. Check and switch on the ДСУ generator:

- switch «НАПР. 115 В і ЧАСТ.» to the position «ДСУ»;

- using the switch «НАПР. ФАЗ» check the value of voltage and frequency of the ДСУ generator;

- switch «ГЕНЕР. ДСУ», the «ГЕНЕР. ДСУ УВІМК.» and mnemosignalisation of the system 200/115 V must light up, tables of the reserve source 115 V must light down.

6. Check and switch on rectifiers.

7. Check and switch on transformators 36 V.

Exploitation of the system of avioation engines starting

1. Before the start:

- connect to the airport or on-board power source;

- put voltmeter switch 115 V in the position «АВАР. 115 В», switch of the voltmeter phases 115 V in the position «А»;

- make sure that all consumers of DC and AC are turned off excepting the ones that are needed to start aircraft engines.

2. If in the process of launching the airport DC and AC airport supply switches off, go on launching. In this case, the board network automatically switches to the supply of the powered batteries or transformers 36 and 115 V.

3. After starting the engine:

- Switch the volmeter 115 В to the position generator of an operating engine;

- Check the power parameters of generator: the voltage must be 115... 120 V in phases " A", " B", " C", the frequency - 395... 405 Hz;

- Switch the generator to the position " УВІМК.";

- Switch off the sourceof the airport supply.

Before stopping the engine on the ground or in the air, turn off the generator. Stopping the engine with the generator switched on can cause damage to the drive of the generator.

Exploitation in a flight

1. Before rulling on the ground ensure that:

- switches of generators, transformers and rectifier devices are turned on;

- switch «ПО 115 В» to the position «АВТОМ.»;

- switch of the volmeter 115 V – to the position «АВАР. 115 В», switch the phases – to the position «А».

2. In flight, check in 30 minutes after getting up in the air correctness of power supply systems and charge current batteries, which should not exceed 20 A.

3. Before landing, check for correct functioning of electrical systems.
